Folger-specific note
Folger copy: leaf a1, blank, lacking. A few handwritten accounts on back pastedown including date 1541, and a note on verso of last leaf with date 19 and 20 May 1537. Ownership inscriptions on front pastedown, one partially defaced reading "di Luigi Silua duplicato dattomi dal P. Finetti[?]", the other entirely defaced, illegible; number "890 112" handwritten on same pastedown. Contemporary Italian suede or sheepskin binding on wooden boards, bearing evidence of floral motif center- and cornerpieces on both covers, and of 4 clasps catching on front cover; author-title inscription on spine; remains of paper labels.
