Folger copy: worm holes through the first and the last 2 gatherings, slightly affecting text. Inscription on title page "Conventus Eystett Ord. Praed.". In a contemporary quarter pigskin binding on wooden boards blind tooled with lozenge griffin stamps on front and rosette stamps on back cover; remains of a larger paper label and evidence of a smaller one at head of front cover; a few manuscript fragments used as guards; a clasp on fore-edge, and evidence of a chain at head of back cover; spine painted in white and author-title spine inscription; evidence of a paper label on title page verso. Purchased in 1915.
