Insect damage in first and last gatherings, slightly affecting text; part of leaf f4 torn away, affecting text. Initials rubricated in red and blue (alternating irregularly); first initial rubricated in blue with red penwork infill and extension. A few early markings, and manicules in brown ink. Mark of ownership on title page, faded, partially illegible "[ ... ?] oliuerij de [ ... ?], et amico[rum]". Sewn on alum tawed thongs with laced-in endbands, on original paper case cover; handwritten shelfmark, illegible, with title at head of spine, and a later spine label reading "A 165 1492."; repaired. Purchased in 1916?
