In Folger copy 75, [superscript pi]A1 is inlaid, with a few letters of the text proper and the author's initials "B. I." completed in manuscript facsim.; [superscript pi]A1+1 (title leaf) is mounted. Port. (on title page) in state 3. The following leaves, recorded as treated by Riviere in 1902, now show no obvious signs of such: Y5, p5,6, and q1 or q2. Imperfections affect text slightly on 16 leaves. No list of uncorrected states on file. Bears inscriptions: "Constanter 1647" ([superscript pi]A1+1 recto (title page); Constantijn Huygens's ownership mark; fully visible only under ultraviolet light); "Andrew Wilson M.D." ([superscript pi]A2 recto); and "Miss Stodart 1761" (3b6 verso). Other manuscript additions include a list of dramatis personae at the end of Titus (2e2 verso), Caesar (2l5 verso), Macbeth (2n4 recto), Hamlet (2q1 verso), Lear (2s3 recto), and Antony (2z2 verso). Accompanied by 5 separate mss. about the provenance, condition, and possible treatment of this copy: (1) aut. let. sig. by John Field to John Halkett, dated Dec. 28, 1835, with manuscript endorsement sig. by Halkett, dated Jan. 1836; (2) aut. let. sig. by Halkett to Coutts Trotter, dated from Richmond Hill, Feb. 5, 1836; (3) memorandum unsig. and undated, "Extract from Mrs [Anne (Trotter)] Lindsay's letter to Col.
