In Folger copy 9, [superscript pi]A1 is extended, and [superscript pi]A5+1.2 are bound after [superscript pi]A6. 3b6 is patched, with one word completed in manuscript facsim. Port. (on title page) in state 3; patched (with the lower right corner completed in manuscript facsim.) and with the highlight of the pupils inked out. Leaves B2-5, D2-5, E1,3,4,6, and Z2,5, are supplied from shorter copies, and perhaps d3.4. Imperfections affect text on K4, l5, r4, 2f6, 2p2, and 3a2 and slightly affect text on 15 other leaves. See curatorial file for additional information, including variations not recorded here. Said to be bound by Charles Lewis. Bookplate of William Gott. Manuscript additions in William Gott's hand include an inscription dated 1856 and annotations of the "Catalogue" ([superscript pi]A6 recto) with Shakespeare quartos he owned. Also John Gott copy.
