Summary
She stands, left profile, but with her head turned nearly full-face. Her head is covered with a black hood and the upper half of her face with a black mask. Around her neck is a fur, and on her left arm a large muff. Over a light skirt trimmed with lace is a dark mantle bunched behind and held up in front by her left hand. A high-heeled shoe with a large rosette protrudes from the hem of her dress. In background is Cornhill with the tower of the Royal Exchange on right, and coaches and pedestrians in the street.--From Pennington.
