Reclassified from V.b.335 With added autograph dedication of the work to "Sacred Majesty" (i.e. James I) and several corrections and annotations by the author; bound second in a volume also containing an additional autograph dedication to Sir George Calvert and manuscript commentary by Milles; first in the volume is Icones sive exactae et artificiosae delineationes praecipuarum rerum ac historiarum ... Oppenheimii, 1619. Bound in half [calf?] stained green over cloth, with binder's ticket: "Hatton, Binder, Manchester," and red spine label, partly missing, "Tracts of America (Derby, P. I0) Trades &c." Provenance: armorial bookplate (motto: "Sapere aude") of the Earls of Macclesfield's "North Library" at Shirburn Castle, shelfmark 121.I.23. Title continues in author's hand: "touching money, mintes and bullion at free-staples."
