"While the orn[ament]. on Oo1r belonged to F. Kingston, the woodcut init[ial]. letters are not his and prob[ably]. belonged to A. Mathewes at this time"--STC.
"Pamphilia, to Amphilanthus" (caption title, in verse) has separate pagination; register is continuous.
