Imperfect: wanting the [5] plates and the index (i.e. leaves 5F5-5I6); the index and three of the plates are supplied in photostats from the Huntington Library copy; the photostats are separately bound. Manuscript markings throughout, including manicules; manuscript notes, included dated (August 1660 and July the 20th 1666, respectively) notes on YY2 and BBb2. Many leaves stained, wormed, or with burn-holes, affecting text. LLLl3.4 frayed along the fore-edges, affecting side-notes. Trimmed and frayed throughout, affecting headlines and side-notes. Contemporary boards (the leather has been removed), re-backed, with both clasps surviving.
